基于UTADIS方法的电能质量综合评估研究

Power quality comprehensive evaluation based on UTADIS method

针对传统电能质量综合评估方法忽视决策人的经验偏好信息的不足,论文利用效用函数理论,基于UTADIS方法,提出了一种新的电能质量综合评估方法.该方法直接利用国家制定的评级界限作为节点,利用决策人或专家已有的经验信息,构造出一个线性规划模型估计出每个节点的效用值,并根据这些节点效用值再对待评的监测点进行评级.实例验证表明了所提方法的实用性与客观性,为电能质量的有效评估提供了一种新的思路.

Traditional power quality comprehensive evaluation methods often ignore the executive experience preference information.In view of the problem,the paper used the utility function theory,put forward a new method of power quality comprehensive evaluation based on UTADIS.The proposed method firstly directly employs rating line formulated by the state as nodes,and then uses the experience information of executives or experts construct a linear programming model to estimate the utility value of each node.Finally,according to the utility values,it rates monitoring points.Example shows that the proposed method is practical and objective,and can effectively evaluate the level of power quality.
