摘要
应用TRIZ理论的解题模式和工具,分析齿轮齿条式机械转向器的噪音异响产生的有害作用因素,定义技术矛盾,并将其用39个技术参数进行描述,通过矛盾矩阵查询发明创新原理。再结合创新原理的启示,形成新的技术改进方案。最终得到最好的解决机械转向器噪音改进衬套方案。
Application of TRIZ problem solving models and tools to analyze the harmful effect factors of the mechanical rack and pinion steering gear noise abnormal sound produced. Definition technology contradictory and described 39 technical parameters, query innovative principles by contradiction matrix. Combined with the revela- tion of innovation principle, form the new technical improvements. Finally get the best solution to improve the mechanical steering gear noise improvements bush.
