详细介绍了氮肥生产工艺废水超低排放项目所采用的先进节水技术和废水处理技术。该项目实施后,节约新鲜水400 kt/a,减少废水排放量554.4 kt/a,COD和NH3-N排放量分别减少13.3 t/a和3.98 t/a,吨氨排水量≤1.1 t。
A detailed description is given of the advanced water-saving technology and wastewater treatment technology adopted by ultra low effluent and emission project for nitrogenous fertilizer production process. After implementation of the project, fresh water is saved by 400 kt/a, effluent volume is reduced by 554.4 kt/a, emissions of COD and NH3-N are reduced by 13.3 t/a and 3.98 t/a respectively, water discharge per ton of ammonia is ≤ 1.1 t.
