Test Run of Combustion Furnace for Sulfur Recovery of WSA Wet-Process Sulfuric Acid Production Unit and Transformation

介绍了WSA湿法制硫酸工艺流程及其燃烧系统工艺流程,分析了设计思路及试车过程中出现的问题,并提出了相应的技改措施。由于WSA湿法制硫酸核心技术和设备从国外引进,受专利保护,而燃烧炉工艺和设备为国内技术,2套工艺在相互融合上存在差异,制约了我国硫回收技术的发展。

An introduction is given of the process flow sheet of WSA wet-process sulfuric acid production and the process flow sheet of its combustion system, problems in design thought and test run are analyzed, and relevant technical transformation measures are proposed. Because the core abroad, they are protected by the patents, while combustion furnace technology and equipment are domestic technology, there are differences of the 2 processes in integration, which has restricted the development of sulfuric recovery technology in China.
