摘要
目的探讨流行性腮腺炎结合中药雾化熏蒸治疗的效果。方法随机将本科2013年收治的38例患儿平均分为2组,对照组给予抗病毒、抗感染等对症治疗,观察组除了西药抗病毒外再结合中药雾化熏蒸治疗。结果观察组患儿治疗效果快、时间短、无严重并发症发生,平均住院日明显缩短。结论流行性腮腺炎通过结合中药雾化熏蒸治疗,减轻了患儿的痛苦、缩短了住院时间、提高治愈率,减少并发症。
Objective To evaluate the effect of atomization of fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine in the treatment of mumps.Methods A total of 38 mumps patients were randomly divided into a control group that received the antiviral therapy,and a trial group that received the antiviral therapy combined with atomization and fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine in 2013.Results In the trial group,the cure rate was higher and the hospitalization time was shorter,and no serious complications occurred compared with those in the control group Conclusion The atomization and fumigation with traditional Chinese medicine is very effective in the treatment of mumps.
