基于C8051F340单片机的恒压供水系统设计

摘要 介绍了一种基于C8051F340单片机的恒压供水系统,该系统采用单片机与变频器结合来控制水泵组工作,调节水泵电机的转速,实现供水出口的水压与设定的水压保持一致并且能随着设定的水压而变化。该系统的硬件设计简单,软件采用PID控制算法,解决了系统响应慢和压力控制不稳定的缺点。该系统成本低、效率高、运行稳定,解决了水锤现象,在生活生产中能够保护设备的使用寿命,能有效地利用水资源,提高供水质量。 A kind of water supply system based on a C8051F340 MCU is pesented. The system applies a combination of MCU and frequency converter to control the operation of pump groups,adjust the speed of the pump motor,and achieve the correspondence of the set pressure and the exit water pressure which can vary with the set pressure. The hardware design of this systemis simple,and the software which uses PID control algorithm has solved the problems of slow system response and unstable pressure control. The system has advantages of low cost,high efficiency and stable operation. It can also solve the problems of water hammer,protect the service life of equipments in life and production,effectively utilize the water resources and improve the water quality.
