摘要
汽车后桥壳是支撑并保护主减速器、差速器和半轴的壳体零件,是汽车上主要承载构件之一。针对后桥壳的特殊性及结构特点,首先应用逆向工程技术对其进行逆向建模,然后对逆向建模后的汽车后桥壳进行偏差分析,获得了满足精度要求的后桥壳三维模型。同时为了确保逆向建模后的后桥壳能够满足强度、刚度和疲劳寿命要求,应用ANSYS分析软件对后桥壳进行了应力、变形和疲劳寿命分析。
First of all, the reverse engineering technology is applied to build reverse modeling in the light of the particularity and structure characteristics of a rear axle casing. Then, deviation analysis is carried out on the reverse modeling of automobile rear axle casing, and the precision requirement of rear axle casing 3d model is gotten. At the same time, the stress, defoimation and fatigue life of the rear axle casing are analyzed by using ANSYS software to ensure that the reverse modeling of rear axle casing can satisfy the intensity, rigidity and fatigue life requirements.
