前列腺癌术后Gleason评分升高研究现状

摘要 随着PSA筛查的普及,前列腺癌检出率呈逐渐增高的趋势,前列腺癌主要依靠前列腺穿刺活检确诊.确诊患者中,有一部分患者肿瘤恶性度较低,一部分则具有较高的侵袭性,其治疗、管理方案也不尽相同.前列腺穿刺标本的Gleason评分被认为是前列腺癌预后评估的重要参数,对前列腺癌治疗方案的选择具有重要的指导作用.但是,越来越多的研究表明,前列腺穿刺标本与根治术后病理标本的Gleason评分具有不同程度的差异,
