摘要
目的:探讨根管显微镜下取出根管内金属异物的临床价值。方法:93例根管金属异物患者,随机分成常规X线摄片组(A组,n=46)和根管显微镜组(B组,n=47)。A组、B组分别采用常规X线摄片定位+超声技术与根管显微镜下定位+超声技术取出金属异物。观察两组异物取出率及侧穿等并发症发生率。结果:1两组金属异物类型对比无明显差异(P>0.05);B组根管金属异物总取出率为89.36%与A组的71.74%,对比差异显著(P<0.05);2金属异物取出后,B组侧穿、台阶形成、器械二次分离等并发症发生率为6.38%与A组的23.91%,对比差异显著(P<0.05)。结论:对根管内金属异物患者采用根管显微镜联合超声技术,可有效提高异物取出率、降低侧穿等并发症发生风险,安全可靠。
Objective:To explore the root canal microscope took out the clinical value of root canal metal foreign body.Methods:93patients with root canal metal foreign body as the research object,the random number table method into conventional X-ray radiography group(group A,n=46)and the root canal microscope group(group B,n=47).Group A and group B respectively with conventional X-ray radiography+ultrasonic technology and the root canal microscope+ultrasonic technology to take out the metal foreign body.To observe the rate of two groups of foreign bodies and incidence of side wear.Results:(1) No difference between the two groups of metal foreign body type contrast(P〉0.05);Group B root canal metal foreign body always remove rate was 89.36% VS 71.74% in group A,compared to significant difference(P〈0.05);(2) After the metal foreign bodies,group B side wear,the steps to form,equipment the incidence of complications such as secondary separation was 6.38% VS 23.91% in group A,compared significant difference was statistically significant(P〈0.05).Conclusion:The root canal metal foreign body are treated by root canal microscope combined ultrasonic technology scheme,which can effectively increase the rate of foreign bodies,reduce the risk of deeloping side wear,safe and reliable,worthy of clinical promotion use.
