PAR指数评价蛙式矫治器治疗安氏Ⅱ类错的矫治效果

Assesement the outcome of Frog appliance in treating angle 2 malocclusion using Peer assessment rating (PAR) index analysis

目的:运用PAR指数评价蛙式矫治器远移上颌磨牙治疗安氏Ⅱ类错的矫治效果。方法:选取蛙式矫治器治疗的安氏Ⅱ类错病例20例,运用PAR指数对每一病例矫治前后的石膏模型进行测量评价,对实验结果用SPSS13.0软件进行统计分析。结果:20例病例PAR总分值矫治前后分别17.72±3.48,2.28±1.63减少15.44±2.76,差异有极显著性(P<0.01);加权PAR总分矫治前后27.25±5.68,3.70±2.58,减少23.55±3.97,差异有显著性(P<0.01);PAR总分值加权前后减少百分率分别为89.61%,86.42%。结论:通过PAR指数的评价认为蛙式矫治器通过远移上颌磨牙可以有效治疗部分安氏Ⅱ类错。

Objective：To evaluate the occlusal outcome of Frog appliance in distal movement of maxillary molars by PAR index.Methods：20classⅡmalocclusion cases treated with Frog were chosen.PAR index was used in assessing every patient＇s dental cast before and after orthodontic therapy,and SPSS13.0software package was used for paired-sampled test.Results：The PAR Score of 20 patients was 17.72±3.48 before treatment and was 2.28±1.63 after treatment,which decrcased significantly（P〈0.01）.The weight PAR Score was 27.25±5.68 before treatment and was 3.70±2.58 after treatment.The mean reduction of PAR Score was 15.44±2.76,with the percentage reduction was 89.61%.And the mean reduction of weight PAR Score was 23.55±3.97 with the percentage reduction was 86.42%.Conclusion：Peer assessment rating（PAR）index analysis indicated some kinds of classⅡ malocclusion can be treated effectively by Frog appliance.
