石家庄市医疗废物处置现状调查

Medical disposal handling situation investigation of Shijiazhuang city

目的掌握石家庄市医疗废物处置现状,分析存在问题,提出相关建议。方法根据《2013年河北省卫生监督重点检查工作方案》进行现场检查,填写检查表。结果 4 987家医疗卫生机构中,医疗废物分类收集合格率78.80%;使用专用包装物及容器合格率75.42%;医疗废物贮存设施合格率63.28%;医疗废物转运合格率44.40%;个人防护合格率70.02%;集中处置合格率28.61%。结论较低级别的医疗机构医疗废物处置工作存在问题较多,医疗废物转运工作是医疗废物处置的薄弱环节,医疗废物运送人员防护意识较差,职业暴露风险大,医疗废物集中处置覆盖率低。建议加大相关知识培训,严格落实专项经费,完善相关法律法规,加强不同部门之间的沟通与协作,促进医疗废物处置工作更好开展。

Objective To grasp concentrated disposal of medical wastes status in Shijiazhuang, analyze the exist- ing main problems, and proposes relevant countermeasures. Methods On -site inspection according to the ＂ 2013 Hebei Province health supervision and inspection of key work plan＂ , and to complete checklist. Results Through the examination of 4987 medical institutions, the qualified rate of medical waste classified collec- tion is 78.8% ; the qualified rate of using special packages and containers is 75.42% ; the qualified rate of storage of medical waste facility is 63.28% ; the qualified rate of medical waste transport is 44. 4% ; the quali- fied rate of personal protection is 70.02% ; the qualified rate of centralized processing is 28.61%. Conclu- sions There are more problems of medical wastes disposal in lower level, medical waste transport work is the weak link of medical waste disposal, the personnel who carrying the medical wastes has the poor awareness of protection, and the high risk of occupation exposure. The medical waste centralism handling coverage fraction is low. Should strengthen knowledge training, strictly implement the special funds, improve relevant laws and regulations, strengthen communication and cooperation between different departments, and promote the devel- opment of medical waste disposal work better.
