一起因食用凉拌菜导致学生细菌性痢疾暴发的调查 被引量:3

摘要 目的调查处置某小学部分学生出现发热、腹痛、腹泻等症状的暴发疫情,查找发病原因,为制定防治对策提供科学依据。方法运用现场流行病学调查方法对所有病例进行个案调查;选择226名健康学生同病例进行病例对照研究;对病例及厨管人员的排泄物进行采样、检测。结果 115名学生和教职工发病,罹患率58.67%。根据流行病学调查、临床症状和实验室检测结果证实此次疫情为宋内氏志贺氏菌引起的细菌性痢疾暴发,其原因为厨师带菌污染凉拌菜导致疾病传播。结论夏秋季是肠道传染病的高发季节,各职能部门应高度重视此项工作,严格把好"病从口入"关。 Objective To investigate and the epidemic situation of fever, abdominal pain and diarrhea happened among some students in a prelimenary school, to find out the reasons for these diseases, and provide a scien- tific basis for establishing countermeasures to handle them. Methods With the method of field epidemiological investigation, investigate all the cases one by one. Choose 226 healthy students to make case -control stud- y. Take samples of the excrement of patients and school cafeteria staff, then test them. Results A total of 115 people including students and school staff were found being infected by the disease, the attack rate is 58. 67%. Based on the field epidemiological investigation, clinical symptom and the results of laboratory test, this epidemic is a kind of Bacillary dysentery caused by S. sonnei, the reason is a chef contaminated some salad which led to a food - borne spread of the disease. Conclusions Summer and autum are peak time for infectious intestinal dis- eases, all the functional departments should pay high attention to handle these diseases, strictly prevent this kind of diseases from coming in by mouth.
