Study on Legislative System of Taiwan Public Project Quality Supervision System and Regulations

分析了我国台湾地区公共工程质量监管制度及相关法规,并与大陆地区工程质量监管制度对比,得出台湾地区公共工程质量监管相关法规的特点,为海峡两岸建设工程质量监管制度的完善提出建议和设想。

This paper analyzed Taiwan public works quality control system and related regulations,through comparative study on Cross-Strait summarized the characteristics of quality supervision regulations in Taiwan,and made recommendations and tentative idea to improve the legislative system of construction quality control.
