Research and Construction Applications of C80 High-Strength Self-Compacting Concrete

以天津周大福金融中心C80钢管混凝土柱施工为例,重点介绍了C80高强高性能自密实混凝土的原材料选择、配合比设计,钢管混凝土模拟实验、生产和施工过程的质量控制等技术难点、亮点。研究成果成功地生产出性能优异的C80高强高性能自密实混凝土,并实际应用于周大福金融中心工程C80钢管混凝土柱的浇注,为高强高性能自密实混凝土的制备和施工提供参考与借鉴。

In this paper,took the C80 concrete filled steel tubular column construction of Chow Tai Fook Financial Center as an example,the technology of C80 high-strength self-compacting high performance concrete were introduced,including the technical difficulties and highlights,such as raw materials selection,mix design,concrete-filled steel tubular simulation experiment,the production and construction process of quality control. It was proved that the produce of C80 high-strength self-compacting concrete with high performance was possible,and the practical application in C80 concrete filled steel tubular column of the Chow Tai Fook financial center engineering,offering reference for the produce and constructions of high-strength selfcompacting concrete.
