摘要
患者,女,47岁,因在工地施工时不慎从高约2m处坠落至直立的钢筋上,钢筋从左侧腰部髂前上棘上方穿进,由胸骨上窝偏右侧穿出,当时被工友连人带钢筋送至当地县医院就诊。当地医院考虑病情复杂,转至我院,转运前提前告知我院此患者大致病情,由我院医务科组织胸外科、肝胆科、普外科、麻醉科、泌尿外科及骨科提前在急诊科做应急准备。
A case of cervical and thoracic abdominal reinforced penetrating trauma in our hospital was reported.After a number of departments actively operation rescue,the patient got recovery and was discharged from hospital.
