摘要
目的通过对三甲医院护理人员科研能力的调查,探讨其影响因素,采取有效的措施,培养护理人员的科研能力。方法采用问卷调查法对衡阳市5家三级甲等医院400名护理人员进行调查,内容包括一般资料、护理科研参与情况及科研能力水平现况。结果被调查的护理人员科研能力较差,影响护理人员科研能力的因素分别为科研态度、学历、职称、参与科研培训情况。结论护理人员的科研能力亟待提高。医院领导要重视护理人员科研能力的培养,通过多种途径提高护理人员的整体科研水平。
Objective To survey the current status of research capacity among the nursing staffs in in 3 first - class hospital, and analyze it~ influencing factors, and to take effective measures to foster the research capability of nursing staffs. Methods A self - designed questionnaire was used to investigate the current status of research capacity and it's influencing factors among 400 nursing staffs from 5 hospitals in Hengyang city. Results The nursing staffs'research capacity was poor, and the main influencing factors were: research attitude, education background, job title and involving in scientific research training. Conclusion The research capacity of nursing staffs need to be improved. The hospital leadership should pay more attention on the research capacity of the nursing staff, and a variety of ways can be used to improve the research capacity of nursing staff.
