住院老年人养老意向及其影响因素调查

Investigation of the endowment intention and its effect factors among the old people in hospital

目的了解住院老年人的养老意向及其影响因素，寻求适宜住院老年人的养老服务模式，为更好地提高老年人的生活质量提供依据。方法自行设计调查问卷，采用便利抽样法抽取河南省某医院196名住院老年人进行住院老年人养老意向及其影响因素的调查，并用SPSS 16．0 for Windows对调查结果进行录入和统计描述。结果住院老年人养老意向主要受子女数、文化程度、职业、退休金、医疗保险、居住地、居住情况、患病时间、患病态度、生活满意度以及生活能否自理等多种因素的影响。结论完善社会保障制度，加强家庭养老功能，逐步建立以居家养老为基础、社区服务为依托、机构养老为补充的养老服务体系。

Objective To learn the endowment intention and its effect factors of the old people in hospital, to explore the suitable aged care models and provide the basis to improve the quality of life to the old people. Methods A total of 196 old people were interviewed about endowment intention and its effect factors by self - designed questionnaire. Results The old people~ willingness in hospital mainly depended on the influence of various factors the children count, education, occupation, pension, medical insurance, residence, living conditions, duration and attitude of being admitted, life satisfaction and self - care ability. Conclusions Social secuirity welfare should be consummated, home care service model should be gradually established, with the support of community service and supplemented by institution aged care.
