摘要
可降解材料和新颖机械设计的有机结合是实现完井工具无干预作业的有效途径。为了解可降解材料在完井工具中的应用水平以及未来的发展趋势,促进我国可降解材料在完井工具中的应用与发展,阐述了斯伦贝谢公司的可降解铝合金和贝克休斯公司的可降解纳米复合材料在完井工具中的应用现状,介绍了我国高强度可降解复合材料的主要特性和技术参数。最后指出可降解完井工具未来的发展趋势为可降解球座、可降解射孔枪、可降解锚定工具和可降解压裂套管。
Effective combination of degradable materials and state-of-art mechanical design can be taken as an effective way to achieve non-intervention operations of completion tools. To understand application and future development of degradable materials in completion tools,and promote the technique in China,this paper reviews current application of degradable aluminum alloy of Schlumberger and degradable nanometer composite materials of Beck Hughes in completion tools. In addition,the paper presents major features and technical parameters of highstrength degradable composite materials in China. Eventually, the future development of degradable completion tools is expected,namely,degradable ball seat,degradable perforation guns,degradable anchoring tools and degradable fracturing casings.
