摘要 电控式全通径分段完井工艺技术自动化程度高,能大大简化压裂工艺管柱,降低施工强度。在介绍该技术工作原理的基础上,对其关键工具——井下电控开关和电控仪器的结构性能进行了分析,并对该技术进行了室内试验。该技术采用测井钢丝或连续管连带电控仪器输送到井下,将电控开关打开进行压裂,电控仪器还可以实时测试、上传井下压力和流量信号。试验结果表明,该技术工艺可靠,整体效果良好,改变了传统的压裂开关打开方式,同时将压裂开关设计成可重复式,既实现了选择性压裂和重复压裂,又实现了后期开发的选择性开采和堵水工艺。 Highly automatic electric-controlled full-diameter staged completion technology can significantly simplify fracturing pipe strings,reduce operation strength and minimize system complexity. In addition to reviewing operation principles of such technologies,structures and performances of key components——downhole electriccontrolled switches and electric-controlled instruments are studied. Lab tests are also performed for such technologies. In field applications,logging wires or coiled tubing,together with electric-controlled instruments,will be run into the bottom hole to perform fracturing operations after turning on the electric-controlled switch. Such instruments may perform real-time tests and transmit signals related to down-hole pressures and flow rates. Test results show that this technology is reliable with satisfactory performances. Unlike the mode of traditional fracturing switching,repeatable fracturing switches are used,and they can not only ensure selective and repeated fracturing operations,but also facilitate selective recovery and water-plugging operations in further development.
