摘要
目前抽油杆断脱井使用的是常规修井机,柴油机功率在110 k W以上,负荷利用率低、噪声大、油耗高,不符合节能减排政策的要求。为此,研制了SHL5290TXJ网电捞杆修井机。该修井机主要由天车井架、自走式底盘、电控系统、液压系统、变频系统、绞车系统和操作系统组成,采用交流变频低速电机驱动,动力经减速传动箱传至滚筒,由滚筒钢丝绳带动大钩起升,达到修井作业目的。现场应用结果表明,该修井机由电网取得动力,取代了柴油发动机,节能环保,工作噪声低,可有效缩短作业准备时间,提高作业效率,特别适合小井场作业,经济效益显著。
Conventional workover rig is often used when the sucker rod breaks off in hole. However,it cannot meet the requirements for energy conservation and emission reduction due to its diesel engine's power higher than110 k W,low utilization rate of load,high noise,high fuel consumption,and high pollution. In this regard,the SHL5290 TXJ power grid electric rod workover rig has been developed. This workover rig,a truck-mounted singledrum equipment,is composed of traveling block,self-propelled chassis,electric control system,hydraulic system,frequency convert system, hoist system, and operating system. Driven by an AC variable-frequency lowspeed motor,this workover rig operates in a process that the power generated is transferred to drum via speed-reducing gear and then the drum wireline leads the hook to lift. Field application shows that the SHL5290 TXJ power grid electric rod workover rig obtains power from electric power grid,instead of diesel engine,so it is energy-conservative and environment-friendly,with low noise,short preparation time,and high operating efficiency. It can be effectively and economically applied in small well sites.
