摘要
以生物炭及植物为主要研究对象,采用自制装置进行实验,运用正交矩阵分析基质、废水浓度及植物组合的响应,考察生物炭在不同植物组合与造纸废水浓度条件下,对水中Pb2+的去除效果。研究表明:在试验周期内,生物炭能够稳定吸收造纸废水中的Pb2+,在不同类型基质与浓度造纸废水条件下,生物炭对50,175,300mg/kg 3个CODCr浓度的造纸废水中Pb2+的吸收值分别为2.86,2.42,2.57mg/kg,在不同植物组合、基质及废水浓度条件下,测得生物炭在L4、50mg/L,L1、50mg/L条件下对Pb2+吸收量较高,分别为3.24,2.91mg/kg,试验结果表明不同类型基质对造纸废水中Pb2+去除效果影响显著,3种植物生长基质对造纸废水中Pb2+的去除效果为生物炭>混合物(生物炭与炉渣)>炉渣。不同植物组合条件下,3种植物对Pb2+有不同程度吸收能力,其中以千屈菜最为明显;鸢尾-千屈菜-玉带草组合对废水中Pb2+吸收能力最强;从单一植物和不同植物组合对废水中Pb2+吸收效果可以看出,在3种废水浓度条件下,不同植物组合对废水中Pb2+吸收效果明显优于单一植物。
The study on the biochar and plants as main research objects,uses self-made device for experiments,analysis the response of matrix,the concentration of wastewater and the plant combinations by orthogonal matrix,explores biochar in different combinations of plants and papermill wastewater concentration,the removal effect of Pb^2+in water.explores the removal effect on Pb^2+of biochar in different combinations of plants and papermill wastewater concentration.Under the conditions of different types of substrate and different concentrations of wastewater to 50,175,300 mg/kg CODCr concentrations of papermaking wastewater,the adsorption values of biochar for Pb^2+were 2.86,2.42,2.57mg/kg;under different plant combinations,different matrix types and different water concentrations measured adsorption value of Pb^2+in biochar in L4,50mg/L and L1,50 mg/L conditions is higher,the adsorption value of biochar was 3.24,2.91mg/kg.By analysis of variance,the efficiency of different types matrix for removal of Pb^2+in papermaking wastewater was significant.By multiple comparisons conclusion can be drawn that removal efficiency of three plant growth substrate to Pb^2+in papermaking wastewater was:Biochar〉mixture〉slag.Combinations of species were better than single species at in removing Pb^2+.Under different combinations of plant conditions,the relative abilities of the three species to absorb Pb^2+from papermill wastewater throughout the growth cycle were in the order:Lythrum salicaria〉iris〉jade grass;the absorptive capacity of Pb^2+ in wastewater of iris-Lythrum salicaria-jade grass combination was the strongest;analysis absorption effect of single plant and the different plants combinations for Pb^2+ in wastewater that can be seen in the 3kinds of wastewater concentrations,absorption effect of plants combinations on Pb^2+ in wastewater was obviously better than single plant.
