宁波文化产业园区可持续发展研究

On the Sustainable Development of Ningbo Cultural Industry Quarter

宁波文化产业跨越式发展过程中应注重文化产业园区建设。当前,宁波文化产业园区总体上呈现业态类型多样、区域特色鲜明、政府主导发展等特征,并且具备文化企业占比较高、政府支持力度较大、内容产业较多等亮点,但同时也存在着同质化倾向明显、经济效益偏低、园区公共服务不够完善、发展不够平衡等不足。因此,宁波文化产业园应通过理顺管理体系、强化规范建设、提高集聚效应、夯实发展保障等策略促进可持续发展。

Cultural industry quarters should be emphasized in the process of Ningbo＇s cultural industry development. At present, Ningbo cultural industry quarter presents such features as multi-type in industry, sharpness in regional distinctiveness and government domination in development. The highlights of the quarter are to be seen in the high percentage of cultural industries, full support from the governments and large numbers of content industries. Despite these highlights, the drawbacks of the quarter are clear： the homogeneity in cultural industry, low economic efficiency, imperfections in public facilities, and the imbalance in development. In view of this, Ningbo cultural industrial quarter should promote the sustainable development by straightening out the management systems, establishing standardizations, gathering different industries and enhancing the developmental foundation.
