降纤酶联合丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的疗效研究

Clinical Effect of Defibrase Combined with Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection on Acute Ischemic Stroke

目的探讨降纤酶联合丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗急性缺血性脑卒中的临床疗效。方法选取阳新县富池中心血防站2012年1月—2014年3月收治的82例急性缺血性脑卒中患者,按照数字随机表法将患者分为观察组和对照组,每组41例。对照组给予常规治疗,观察组在此基础上加用降纤酶联合丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗。治疗3个月后,比较两组患者的临床疗效、神经功能缺损程度评分、Barthel指数、病死率及不良反应。结果观察组患者总有效率(92.7%)高于对照组(73.2%),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者神经功能缺损程度评分低于对照组,Barthel指数高于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。观察组患者病死率为4.9%(2/41),低于对照组的22.0%(9/41),差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。两组患者不良反应发生率比较,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论降纤酶联合丹参川芎嗪注射液治疗急性缺血性脑卒中疗效确切,有助于降低患者病死率。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of defibrase combined with Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection on acute ischemic stroke. Methods A total of 82 acute ischemic stroke patients were selected in Central Station for Schistosomiasis Prevention and Control of Fuchi,Yangxin County,Huangshi,from January 2012 to March 2014. They were divided into observation group and control group according to random number table,41 cases in each. Control group given conventional treatment,while observation group given defibrase combined with Danshen Chaunxiongqin Injection based on conventional treatment. After 3 months of treatment,clinical efficacy,neurological function defect degree score,Barthel index,mortality and adverse reactions between two groups were compared. Results The total effective rate of observation group（ 92. 7%） was higher than that of control group（ 73. 2%）,the difference was statistically significant（ P〈 0. 05）. Neurological function defect degree score of observation group was lower than that of control group,Barthel index was higher than that of control group,the differences were statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. The mortality rate of observation group was 4. 9%（ 2 /41）,was lower than that of control group of 22. 0%（ 9 /41）,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）. There was no significant differences of incidence of adverse reactions between two groups（ P〉0. 05）. Conclusion Defibrase combined with Danshen Chuanxiongqin Injection has certain effect on acute ischemic stroke,is helpful to reduce the mortality.
