甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的疗效研究

Clinical Effect of Glargine Combined with Metformin on Type 2 Diabetes Mellitus

目的探讨甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗2型糖尿病的临床疗效。方法选取沁水县龙港镇卫生院2008年4月—2013年4月收治的2型糖尿病患者20例,随机分为治疗1组和治疗2组,各10例。治疗1组应用甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍治疗,治疗2组单纯应用二甲双胍治疗,疗程为16周。比较两组患者空腹血糖(FBG)、餐后2h血糖(2h PG)水平、24h尿糖定量变化情况及临床疗效。结果治疗1组总有效率为90.0%,高于治疗2组的70.0%,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。治疗后治疗1组患者FBG、2h PG以及24h尿糖定量低于治疗2组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论甘精胰岛素联合二甲双胍能有效控制2型糖尿病患者血糖,有助于提高临床疗效。

Objective To investigate the clinical effect of glargine combined with metformin on type 2 diabetes mellitus. Methods A total of 20 patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus were chosen in Health Center of Longgang Town,Qinshui County,Jincheng,from April 2008 to April 2013,and they were randomly divided into the A group and the B group,10 cases in each. Patients of A group were treated with glargine combined with metformin,while patient of B group were treated with metformin,both groups treated for 16 weeks. Fasting plasma glucose（ FPG）,postprandial 2h blood glucose（ 2h PG）,24 h urine glucose and the clinical effect were compared between the two groups. Results The total effective rate of A group was 90%,was higher than that of B group of 70%,the difference was statistically significant（ P 〈0. 05）; FBG,2h PG and 24 h urine glucose of A group were lower than those of B group after treatment（ P 〈0. 05）. Conclusion Glargine combined with metformin can significantly improve the blood glucose control and clinical effect of type 2 diabetes mellitus patients.
