摘要
目的分析人血清中I-型胶原C末端肽与强直性脊柱炎(AS)的相关性。方法选择103例AS患者作为观察组,另选同期健康体检者103例为健康组,分别检测并比较2组血清中的I-型胶原C末端肽。结果观察组患者血清I-型胶原C末端肽水平为(4132.2±523.6)ng/L高于健康组的(1389.5±458.7)ng/L,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论 I-型胶原C末端肽与AS具有一定的相关性,可作为临床辅助诊断的临床检测指标之一。
Objective To analysis the correlation of C telopeptide of collagen type I to ankylosing spondylitis. Meth- ods Selected 103 cases patients with AS as observation group, and selected 103 cases healthy persons as health group. Detect the level of C telopeptide of collagen type I of 2 groups. Results The level of C telopeptide of collagen type I of was higher than that of health group, the difference was statistically significant （ P 〈 0.05 ）. Conclusion C telopeptide of collagen type I is Correlated with AS, can be detected targets diagnosis.
