摘要
针对电子档案管理系统中档案借阅环节的设计难点,提出了一种基于工作流技术的设计思路。采用工作流技术,将档案借阅环节复杂的程序跳转模式转变为流程化管理模式,设计出了前后台工作模式,前台采用B/S架构实现档案的借阅,后台采用C/S架构实现借阅流程的管理。工作流技术的引入,使得原本比较复杂的程序设计转变为易用的流程管理,大大增强了企业的可操作性,使得企业无需专业人员也可轻松对电子档案进行管理。
Based on workflow technology, this thesis gives out a design thinking for file borrowing and reading-a difficult part of electronic files management system. With workflow technology, the designer converted the complicated programming skip mode to process management mode and worked out foreground/background work mode, which allows users to borrow files with B/S framework in foregrounding and managers to control the borrowing progress with C/S framework in backgrounding. Thus, enterprises can easily manage electronic files without complicated programming and professional programmers.
