赵家寨矿井地面通风设施优化设计

摘要 通过对地面通风设施的优化,实现了通风机不停风倒换,杜绝了井下瓦斯超限,保证了矿井正常通风和生产安全;配合水平对空风门和立式置换风门,使得风机性能测试时不需拉离轨道,不需辅助设施,从而更加快速方便,准确可靠。现场实际表明,该系统安全可靠、功能完善,布置合理,值得推广。 Through the optimization of the ground ventilation facilities,achieved switching of the mine ventilators without stoping the ventilation, prevented the gas exceeding,ensured the mine normal ventilation and safety production;Coopering with the level air damper and the vertical dampe,do not need to pull away from the rail and other auxiliary facilities when testing the ventilator performance,which is faster and more convenient, accurate and reliable. The actual situation shows that, the system is safe and reliable,the function is perfect and the arrangement is reasonable,it is worthy to generalize.
