摘要
根据曲柄摇杆机构的图解设计原理,利用Solid Works中的约束功能建立其草图模型,通过改变参数值和设置方程式进行尺寸驱动,得到新的机构尺寸,这实现了曲柄摇杆机构图解法的参数化设计,同时解决了依据最小传动角图解设计曲柄摇杆机构的问题。该方法操作简单并且设计精度高,在机械设计领域中将有较好的应用价值。
According to the principles of graphic method of crank-rocker mechanism design, we use constraint functions of Solid Works to make the sketch model of crank-rocker mechanism, and use the dimension driving to get new dimension for the mechanism by changing the parameter values and setting the equation. This can realize the parametric design of crank rocker mechanism by graphic method, and it resolves the problem of graphic method for designing crank-rocker mechanism according to minimum transmission angle. This method is simple and has high design accuracy, which possesses a good application value in mechanism design.
