摘要
多盘制动器在制动过程中,将大部分动能通过制动摩擦转化为热能,致使摩擦副表面温度过高。因而制动器的破坏形式以摩擦片的烧损和热翘曲为主。为了延长制动器的使用寿命,必须解决制动器散热问题。从外因散热和内因散热的角度总结了井下制动器现有散热方法,并指出一些不足。针对湿式多盘制动器提出了改进散热的具体方法和措施,用有限元分析方法对改进方案进行Abaqus仿真验证,这对提高其制动性能和使用寿命有非常重要意义。
In the braking process, the multiple brakes convert the majority of the kinetic energy to the heat energy, causing the surface temperature of friction too high. Thus, the destroying form of brake is given priority to the burning and thermal buckling of the friction plate. In order to prolong the service life of brake, the heat dissipation of the brake must be broken through. From the perspective of the external and internal causes of the heat dissipation, it summarizes the existing heat dissipation method of underground brake. Aiming at the heat dissipation of wet multiple brakes, it puts forward some concrete modified measures and methods. The improved program is simulated by the Abaqus Software of finite Element Analysis Method. It is significant to promote its braking efficiency and prolong brake's service life.
