摘要
以上开式扇形闸门箕斗为研究对象,利用Solid Works和Adams软件建立了箕斗与曲轨的虚拟样机模型,通过仿真得到卸载轮运行的速度、加速度曲线以及曲轨的受力图,为曲轨的运动平稳性分析与结构优化设计提供了一定的理论依据。
Research object is the skip with up-open fan gate. Using Solid Works and Adams software to establish a virtual prototype model of the skip, through simulation obtaining uninstall wheel's velocity、acceleration curves and orbit's force diagram, some theoretical basis is provided for analyzing orbit's movement stability and optimum design method of orbit structure.
