摘要
先导式卸荷溢流阀由于其独特的性能被广泛应用在蓄能器等液压系统中。采用功率键合图对矿用先导式卸荷溢流阀进行了数学建模,得到了其状态方程。在此基础上利用AMESim计算机仿真软件建立了卸荷溢流阀系统仿真模型,对其主阀芯的动态特性和卸荷溢流阀出口压力变化特性进行了分析。结果表明:先导阀的阻尼孔直径对主阀芯的动态特性影响较大,主阀芯弹簧刚度对其影响较小;阀的出口压力超调量小,平稳性好。
For its unique properties the pilot unloading relief valve is widely used in the hydraulic systems like the accumulator system. In this paper, the mathematical model of mine pilot unloading relief valve is adopted by using the power bond graph, and the state equations are obtained. The system simulation model of unloading relief valve is built by using AMESim, and its main spool dynamics and unloading relief valve outlet pressure variation characteristics are analyzed. The results show that: the diameter of pilot valve orifice has large effect on the dynamic properties of the main spool, the spring stiffness of main spool has little effect; the overshoot of andoutlet pressure is small, the valve has good stability.
