摘要 振动筛的实际工作环境恶劣,振动筛大梁容易出现裂纹,目前没有解决振动筛大梁检测问题,同时由于大梁部件昂贵,对检测准确性要求高,提出运用超声与低频涡流相结合的检测方法,通过理论分析其可行性,进行相应的实验研究,得出了裂纹大小与超声回波幅度和低频涡流幅值之间对应关系,为振动筛大梁裂纹的检测提供了重要的指导作用。 As the actual work environment, the beam of shaker can easily occur crack. It has not been resolved that the detection problems about beam of shaker. At the same time, the components of beam are very expensive, so the detection accuracy is very high. This paper proposes a combination use of ultrasound and low-frequency eddy current detection method. Through theoretical analysis of its feasibility, and then make the appropriate experimental studies. The corresponding relationship is obtained about the crack size with the echo amplitude of ultrasonic and the amplitude of low frequency eddy current. It is provided an important guiding role for the actual the scene detection of cracks about the girders of shaker.
