摘要
针对极薄煤层开采设计的采煤机、刮板输送机、液压支架的三机配套结构,建立采煤机与刮板输送机连接部位力学模型。利用ANSYS有限元分析软件,对结构连接处进行2种极限状况下力学仿真分析,得到切应力及应变分布情况。结果表明:2种极限状况下,采煤机与刮板输送机连接处切应力安全系数在1.6以上;应变值远小于1%;采煤机底部滚筒侧变形较小。研究结果对加强三机配套结构强度、降低失效的发生,具有理论指导意义。
The three machines matching consists of coal mining machine, scraper conveyor, hydraulic support, which designed for super thin coal seam mining. The mechanical model of coal winning machine and scraper conveyor connection parts is established. The finite element software ANSYS is used to mechanical simulation analysis under two kinds of critical conditions. The shear stress and strain, deformation distribution are obtained. The result shows that, under two limiting conditions, the shear stress safety coefficient of coal mining machine and conveyor is more than 1.6; the strain value is far less than 1%; the deformation of coal mining machine bottom plate is smaller. It has theoretical guidance meaning to strengthening three machines assortment structure and reducing the occurrence of failure.
