摘要
带式输送机可控启动过程的合理选择是降低输送机动载荷的重要途径,当启动加速度足够小时,采用组合摆线、组合抛物线启动,具有较小的动载荷系数。给出了带爬行段的组合摆线启动过程的分段函数;以某输煤系统中水平带式输送机为例,推导出带式输送机空载和满载启动过程中启动功率的变化情况;利用Matlab处理得到带式输送机启动功率的变化曲线。
For belt conveyor,choosing the correct controllable starting way is an important approach to reduce the conveyor dynamic load, combined cycloid and combined parabola starting have less dynamic load coefficient when the starting acceleration is lower. This paper put forword Piecewise function of starting process with combined cycloid of crawling period. Taking horizontal belt conveyor of a coal conveying system for example, no-load and full-load starting power changes of belt conveyor is deduced. The change curve of belt conveyor starting power are obtained by Matlab.
