摘要
针对井下压风机的高压承载安全问题,基于有限元法,利用ANSYS/Workbench软件对压风机罐体的承压状态进行了应力评定及疲劳分析。根据压力容器分析设计标准(JB4732),校验得出罐体一次总体薄膜应力、一次加二次应力强度均小于许用值;通过对罐体循环载荷作用下的疲劳特性模拟仿真,得出该设备运行达到设计循环次数时,未发生疲劳破坏。
According to the coal mine air compressor safety working conditions, the pressure characteristic of compressed air tank is simulated with the use of ANSYS/Workbench software based on the finite element method. According to JB4732, the stress of the tank is evaluated with the stress linearization,and it is determined that the primary general membrane stress and the primary plus secondary stress is lower than the permissible value. The fatigue characteristics of tank are analyzed, and according to the calculation, it is obtained fatigue failure is not appeared under cyclic loading.
