摘要
主要研究敞开式硬岩掘进机(TBM)中撑靴系统关键件异形轴,对其进行受力分析及外形设计后,通过在有限元分析软件ANSYSWorkbench里进行应力分析,验证其满足了设计工况的使用条件,这种方法为异形轴这类不规则形状零件的设计提供参考,为后续进行性能的改善提供理论依据。
This article main research for special-shaped shaft in TBM boots system,after the design the shape and analysis of the special-shaped shaft's force,though stress analysis in finite element analysis software in ANSYSWorkbench,see if it meet the uses conditions,this method providing reference for this kind of special shaft of irregular shape parts and in the follow-up provide theoretical basis for the improvement in performance.
