摘要
鉴于单齿分度加工对数螺旋锥齿轮效率低,考虑采用连续分度滚齿加工,在机床做分度运动的同时调整差动传动链保证齿形的正确加工。首先通过分解滚切运动,从瞬时啮合条件得到差动传动比关系式。进而引入时间变量,通过齿向线运动分析以差动传动比为自变量得到齿向线方程一般式。从而将其与圆锥对数螺旋线参数方程联立,得出滚削对数螺旋锥齿轮差动传动关系。
Because of the low efficiency of the logarithmic spiral bevel gears with a single tooth indexing processing, so the use of continuous indexing hobbing. First, through the decomposition of hobbing movement, get the differential transmission ratio formula from the instantaneous meshing condition. And then introduce the time variable, get the tooth line equations of general type with differential gear ratio as variable. Thus the conical Logarithmic spiral simultaneous parameter equation,derived hobbing logarithmic spiral bevel gear differential transmission relationships.
