摘要
齿板是鄂式破碎机中最主要的易损件,其使用寿命直接关系到颚式破碎机的工作效率和生产成本,用于制造颚式破碎机齿板的材料主要是高锰钢,颚式破碎机齿板在中等冲击应力条件下工作,不能充分发挥加工硬化性能,造成齿板不耐磨。为了增加齿板的耐磨性,改进后的铸造工艺是以高锰钢为主要材料,在齿板各个破碎齿上镶铸硬质合金棒,并采用消失模铸造方法和铸造余热热处理等工艺。
