摘要
液压支架主要由顶梁、立柱、千斤顶、掩护梁、四连杆机构和底座等部件组成。设计时要遵守支护性能好、强度高、移架速度快、安全可靠等原则。主要介绍了一种支撑掩护式液压支架设计的一般步骤,从液压支架主要尺寸的确定,四连杆机构的分析、设计,顶梁长度计算等方面,提出了液压支架中主要部件的设计方案和计算方法。
