摘要
在煤矿生产中,安全开采与运输一直是我国煤炭生产的永恒主题。为了能及时发现带式输送机在运输过程中出现的安全隐患,实时监控运输巷道现场参数,降低事故发生率,设计了一套架空巡检系统,来实现对巷道瓦斯浓度、CO浓度、烟雾浓度等参数的监控,并及时发现带式输送机潜在的火灾隐患,达到火灾预警的目的。重点介绍巡检系统的工作原理、主要组成以及各组成部分的功能。
In the production of coal mine, safety in mining and transportation has always been the eternal subject of coal production in China. In order to discover the security risks of belt conveyor,real-time monitor the transportation roadway field parameters, and reduce the incidence of accidents in the process of transportation, This paper has designed a set of aerial inspection system, which is used to monitor the roadway gas concentration, carbon monoxide concentration, smoke concentration, and other parameters, at the same time, to find potential fire hazards timely so as to achieve the purpose of fire warning. This paper mainly introduces the working principle of inspection system, major components and the function of each component.
