摘要
介绍了新型外装式电动滚筒的结构设计,应用三维绘图软件Solid Works建立了外装式电动滚筒的三维模型。运用Solid Works中有限元分析模块Simulation对滚筒体进行了前5阶模态分析,获得滚筒体的固有振动频率和振型。经分析得出随着固有振动频率的增加,滚筒体以弯曲振型为主,且总是在滚筒体的中心位置变形位移最大。该结果为外装式电动滚筒的设计提供了一定的理论依据。
The structure of new external electric drum was introduced. The three-dimension software Solid Works was chosen as the tool to build the 3D model of electric drum. Solid Works simulation was used to analysis the cylinder body and gets the top five order natural vibration frequency and vibration diagram of cylinder body. Through the analysis with the increase of frequency, it is concluded that the cylinder body main vibration diagram is bending vibration mode and the maximum deformation point is located at the center position of cylinder body. This provides certain reference value for the design of the structure design of new external electric drum.
