堆垛天车联锁地面输送机的改造与应用

Improvement and Application of Interlocking between Stacking Crane and Ground Conveyors

针对某炭素厂的堆垛天车在取块和放块时容易出现的安全问题和地面输送机的联锁方法进行了分析与研究,采用各工段PLC系统加装光电开关判断堆垛天车位置和夹具位置的方法,对原有控制系统的硬件和软件进行改造。系统实际运行表明,堆垛天车与输送机挂碰损坏的事故为零,极大提高了设备的安全性,减少了人员配备,节约了生产成本。

The safety problem of stacking cranes is taking or placing carbon blocks and the interlocking method of stacking crane and ground conveyors is analyzed and researched. The method is used, which can judge the location of stacking crane and jig though equipping with photoelectric switch in stages of PLC system. The hardware and software of the original control system is reconstructed. The actual operation of system shows that accident rate of hitching and bumping damages of stacking crane and conveyor is zero. It greatly improves the safety of the equipment, reduces staffing, and saves the cost of production.
