摘要
针对矿井提升机钢丝绳存在的安全问题,使用Lab VIEW技术设计出一款漏磁检测系统。本系统中的漏磁检测传感器采用的是由霍尔元件构成的双检测环。开发了基于Lab VIEW技术的人机交互界面。对矿井提升机钢丝绳的各种故障情况进行了相关模拟实验,验证了本系统对矿井提升机钢丝绳损伤检测的准确性。
It is designed a magnetic flux leakage detection system based on Lab VIEW technology,aiming at the security problem of mine hoisting steel rope. Magnetic flux leakage detection sensor in this system uses a double detection consists of Holzer elements of the ring.Using Lab Vi EW technology,It is developed the system man-machine interface. The simulation experiment has been carried out to various fault of mine hoist wire rope, to verify the accuracy of machine of steel wire rope detecting mine hoisting system.
