摘要
机头架是TBM(硬岩隧道掘进机)掘进时的主要受力部件之一。介绍了其工作原理,分析并计算了机头架在掘进时的受力。在ANSYS Workbench中对机头架进行了结构静力学有限元仿真,分析了其应力及变形情况。通过对机头架受力分析的研究,为后续的结构优化设计、焊接制造工艺和加工工艺的制定提供参考。
Cutterhead support is one of the main stressed components of TBM in the process of tunneling. Its operating principal is produced and the forces are calculated. The stress and deformation of cutterhead support are analyzed in Ansys workbench by finite element method. This research of cutterhead support will provide reference to its optimization design and manufacturing processes.
