煤矿用钢丝绳检测检验过程中涉及大量的数据计算,手工计算耗时费力且极易出错。设计开发了矿用钢丝绳检测数据处理系统,实现了检验数据的自动分析处理,检验报告的自动生成,已检数据的管理维护。保证了结果的准确可靠,提高了工作效率,实现了钢丝绳检验工作的信息化、自动化。

Mass data needed to be processed and faster speed is required in the inspection and testing process of wire rope for mine hoisting. Manual calculations is time consuming and error-prone. A dataprocessing system for mine wire ropes measurement was designed to achieve automation of data analysis and processing and test reports generation and data management. Accurate and reliable of results was ensured, work efficiency was improved, information and automation of wire rope inspection was achieved.
