摘要
针对国产凿岩台车的技术水平偏低、可靠性较差,国外产品售价高、配件供应周期长的现状,开发了CHD03型凿岩台车,以PLC控制为核心,能有效地控制凿岩台车的主泵电机、空压机和水泵电机的启动和停止,具有失压、短路、过载、断相等保护措施以及具有3个钻臂工作时间的显示和故障报警功能,为隧道施工关键设备的国产化提供了有益的探索。
According to the status of the low technical level and the poor reliability of domestic drilling rig,the high cost and long parts supply cycle of foreign product, CHD03 drilling rig is developed in this paper,which provides a useful exploration for the localization of key equipment in tunnel construction. With PLC control as the core, it can effectively control starting and stopping of the drilling rig＇s main pump motor, air compressor and water pump motor, has many protection measures such as the pressure loss, short circuit,overload, open-phase and working time display and fault alarm function of three drill arm.
