基于云制造的设备故障诊断服务平台研究

摘要 针对中小企业在设备故障诊断应用方面的需求,从提高诊断系统的开放性、复用性、自治性和平台无关性出发,依据云制造服务思想模式,研究了云制造、SOA与WCF三者的关系。并将其引入到设备远程故障诊断领域,设计了基于云制造的设备故障诊断服务平台体系框架,其中包括:平台的SOA框架模型、业务构架、运行模式、用例模型、功能模型、部署模型;同时,采用.Net、SOA、WCF技术搭建了云制造环境下的故障诊断服务平台。 Presently, manufacturing SMEs are in great demand in the application of equipment fault diagnosis. From the point of improving the diagnosis system openness, reusability, autonomy and independence of platform, this paper studies the relationship of cloud manufacturing, service oriented architecture(SOA) and windows communication foundation(WCF) on the basis of cloud manufacturing service modes. Then, the concepts of cloud manufacturing and SOA are lead into the field of fault diagnosis. The framework model of equipment fault diagnosis service platform based on cloud Manufacturing, which contains SOA framework model, business architecture, operation mode, use case,function and deployment models, is designed. meanwhile, the diagnostic service platform is built by.Net, SOA, WCF in cloud manufacturing environment.
