摘要
针对中航工业哈尔滨飞机工业集团有限责任公司电火花成型加工效率较低的情况,以注塑模电火花加工为例进行脉冲电源电参数优化,提出了增加加工电规准、合理分配规准转换加工余量来提高电火花加工效率的方法。分别采用优化前和优化后的电参数进行实例加工,在保证粗糙度的前提下,模腔加工时间由原来的20 h减少到11 h。为此类注塑模型腔的高效率、高精度加工提供了一种切实可行的加工方法。
In view of low EDM efficiency of AVIC Harbin Aircraft Industry Group Co., Ltd., with injection mould EDM as example, the electric parameter optimization of pulse power supply is optimized, the method for increasing machining EDM and reasonably distributing normalized conversion processing remainder is put forward. Useing electric parameters before and after optimization of machining examples, under the premise of ensuring the roughness, the mold cavity processing time has decreased from 20 h to 11 h, which provides a practical method for high-efficiency and high-precision processing of this kind of injection mold.
