油气管道废弃是营运管道永久停止服务后的必要处理环节,我国在这一领域的研究尚属起步阶段。总结了油气管道发达国家与油气资源丰富国家在油气管道废弃处理方面的发展现状,特别是在废弃管道残留物清洗、管道及附件拆除、环境保护、废弃物回收利用等方面的先进做法,剖析了国际上重要的油气管道废弃处理相关标准规范,不同废弃方式的选择依据与考虑因素,以及典型废弃方式的工程案例,为促进我国陆上油气管道废弃处理规范的建立,以及诸如管内残留物清洗、注浆加固和管道拆除等技术体系的形成提供指导。

Abandonment is a necessary choice after the oil and gas pipeline is out of service permanently.In China,the research thereof is still in its infancy.This paper presents the practices of pipeline abandonment in countries with developed pipelines and rich oil and gas resources,especially waste pipeline residue cleaning,demolition of pipes and accessories,environmental protection and waste recycling.Moreover,relevant international standards on the abandonment of oil and gas pipelines,selected basis and considerations of different disposal methods,and projects with typical disposal methods are analyzed,that provide a reference for the establishment of the specification on the abandonment of onshore oil and gas pipelines in China and the formation of the technical system on waste pipe residue cleaning,grouting reinforcement and pipeline demolition.
