47例剖宫产切口妊娠介入治疗的护理体会

47 Cases of Cesarean Section Incision Pregnancy Experience from the Nursing of Interventional Therapy

目的探讨剖宫产切口妊娠介入治疗的护理方法。方法回顾性分析我院妇科收治的83例剖宫产切口妊娠介入治疗的病例,提出护理重点。结果 47例剖宫产切口妊娠患者经子宫动脉栓塞治疗后,均一次性成功,术后清宫无1例大出血。结论经子宫动脉介入治疗切口妊娠,比传统保守治疗效果好,风险小,能有效控制出血,安全、可靠,值得临床推广。护理人员对介入手术患者的精心周到的的护理,是保证患者康复的必要条件。

Objective To study the nursing method of cesarean section incision pregnancy intervention. Methods A retrospective analysis of 83 cases of cesarean section incision pregnancy admitted in our hospital department of gynaecology interventional treatment of cases, the nursing focus is put forward. Results 47 patients with cesarean section incision pregnancy after uterine artery embolization, all one-time success, there was no case of bleeding in qing dynasty palace. Conclusion The uterus artery interventional therapy incision than traditional conservative treatment effect is good, the risk is small, can effectively control the bleeding, safe, reliable, worthy of clinical promotion. Nursing of interventional surgery in patients with careful and considerate care, is the necessary condition to ensure patient rehabilitation.
